A guided tour in one of the many vineyards perched on the side of the hills surrounding Gorizia. The owner will show you the cultivation process and introduce you to the different stages of winemaking followed by a wine tasting experience paired with some local products.Dinner will be a unique experience prepared by an excellent chef who will delight your palate with dishes typical of the area.

Breakfast
Transfer to the Gulf of Trieste and boarding on a unique and historically rich schooner named Presque Isle. It is a very beautiful two-masted boat, which has excellent course stability and is quite fast. Among its owners throughout history we must remember the famous American football player of the Miami Dolphins, Dan Marino, and for a short time the unforgettable actor Yul Brinner.
During your coastal cruise you will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape of this region and on clear days you will admire the majesty of the Julian Alps passing by the castles of Duino and Miramare.
A superb lunch will be prepared on board and paired with Collio wines by your personal chef. In the late afternoon, after mooring, transfer to your accommodation. In the evening, a worthy conclusion to an unforgettable day is a dinner in one of the seven starred restaurants that are within a radius of 35 km from the castle.
